About Me

Lydia was born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida. She spent most of her childhood in Merritt Island, Florida. “Most people have no idea an island exists there, so I tell them it’s by Kennedy Space Center, where the shuttle goes up.. that usually rings a bell for them!” Her love for imagination and storytelling came from spending many hours locked in closets. As crazy as it seems, It’s true. She was put into foster care at the tender age of 7. “I spent a majority of my childhood in dark rooms and in the back of cars under bridges.
