A Summary Of Our Story Carol is my mother, she was extremely active, working full time delivering medical supplies to oil rigs throughout west texas and new mexico. She went to arobics classes for one hour three times a week. She never smokes and she doesn't drink. About a month ago she went to the E.R with severe pain in her back. The physician on duty told her it was constipation. He gave her several different types of stool softeners and told her to take them, she took them and returned again less than 24 hours later and was told it was still constipation by the same dr.
