What's so special about my BlogFrog profile?
Your BlogFrog profile is an important tool to connect with like-minded readers, bloggers and BlogFrog Friends (BFFs). It contains your bio, a link to your blog, link to your twitter account and your BlogFrog community. Your BlogFrog profile also shows your BFFs, as well as your latest BlogFrog activity, blog posts and tweets.
When BlogFrog Friends want to learn more about and follow you, they can just click on your profile picture. Your profile also appears within BlogFrog widgets when you participate in Communities and visit BlogFrog blogs:
See: How do I show up on BlogFrog Widgets?
How do I edit my BlogFrog profile?
Editing your BlogFrog profile is easy.
When you are logged into BlogFrog, there is an Edit Profile link directly under your picture.
This takes you to your ME page (or you can also click the ME Tab) and to your Edit Profile page:
This is where you edit your name, blog address, twitter username, about etc.
How do I change my profile picture?
When you are logged into BlogFrog, go to your ME page. There you will see a link above your picture that says “Change Profile Image”:
When you click on the Change Your Profile Image ink you will come to this page:

We recommend using a square picture to avoid any distortions.

A dialouge box appears:
Next, sign into BlogFrog using your email (Facebook account) and new BlogFrog password:
Now you can change your email address right from your account settings page. Under your ME menu go to Settings:

How come my blog posts aren't showing up?
BlogFrog uses your blog's "feed" to discover your new blog posts and one common problem is a broken feed that BlogFrog is unable to read.
How do you know if your blog feed is broken?
Load your blog's home page and click on the feed icon that will usually be in the upper right of your browser.
If your feed is good, it will load in your browser (click here to see what a good one looks like). You'll recognize all the posts in it, but it won't look like your blog. If there's a problem with the feed, Internet Explorer and Safari show you an error page and Firefox will just reload your blog with no error.
One common source of problems (Blogger + Feed Burner) is incorrectly setting up Feed Burner (or other services) to publish your feed; the Feed Redirect option in the Blogger Settings must be correctly set. By default, Blogger will publish your feed to "http://YourBlogURL/feeds/posts/default". Here's an example - http://blog.rustinbanks.com/feeds/posts/default.
If you publish your feed with Feed Burner, your feed will be published at "http://feeds.feedburner.com/MyFeedBurnerURL" and Blogger needs to know this new location. You tell Blogger this location by setting the "Post Feed Redirect URL" in the Blogger settings.
Of course, you'll need to change "MyFeedBurnerURL" to your actual URL.
Let us know if your feed is working properly (we can read both RSS and Atom formats), you've set the correct Blog Address in your profile and your blog posts still aren't showing up.
I changed the title of my blog but my old blog title shows up?
BlogFrog scans your blog title when you enter in a new blog URL and click save. To have your new blog title appear, BlogFrog needs to scan your blog again.
First, go to your ME Tab and Edit Profile. Clear out your blog URL and click SAVE.
Next, edit your profile again and enter your blog URL again and click SAVE.
This will force BlogFrog to rescan your blog and find your new blog title.
I changed my blog URL and my new (upgraded) thumbnail still shows my old blog picture.
These screen grabs are generated by a 3rd party service and are updated every thirty days. Contact us to see about getting it refreshed/updated manually.
How do I add more than one blog/URL to my profile?
Click on your Edit Profile link:
On your Edit Profile page (under your ME Tab) enter your second URL/blog address in the Other Address field and click SAVE:
I logged in with Facebook and now I have two BlogFrog accounts.
When you log into BlogFrog using Facebook but your email address on Facebook is different than the one you used to sign up for BlogFrog, it sometimes creates a new account for you. To delete the duplicate account, log in using the email address you DON’T want to keep. Go to your Settings page under your ME Tab and then delete your account.
I signed up with Facebook but want to make a BlogFrog account OR I keep getting signed in with Facebook automatically.
Even though it’s super easy to login in via Facebook, we know that not everyone would like to be automatically logged in via Facebook when they visit BlogFrog.
To disable this feature, simply log into BlogFrog with Facebook, go to Settings, under your ME Tab. Press the Disable Facebook Login button:
How do I stop BlogFrog Friend/Follow (BFF) emails?
To stop receiving email notifications of BFFs, go to your ME Tab, then Settings page:
How do I cancel/delete my BlogFrog account?
First go to your Me Tab, and then select Settings:
To cancel your BlogFrog account, click the Delete BlogFrog Account link.
