Rustin Banks - CEO

Rustin Banks CEO of BlogFrog Rustin Banks (co-founder, CEO) started building online communities 15 years ago by hosting bulletin board systems (BBS) in his parents’ closet. With an MS in Electrical Engineering, he left his position in Aerospace designing next-gen satellite systems to start BlogFrog in 2009. He and his wife, Tara, live in Colorado and he blogs about leadership and being the father of three small children. Holly Hamann - VP Marketing

Holly Hamann VP Marketing of BlogFrog Holly has spent her career launching and growing start-ups in the Internet, bio-medical, entertainment, video, and other tech industries. She has a passion for researching and studying internet and social media use by teens, GenY, and women. She is a blogger, public speaker, contributing writer on technology and marketing to various publications, is an American Marketing Association "Marketer of the Year" award recipient and a guest blogger for The HuffingtonPost. She lives outside Boulder, Colorado and blogs about technology and parenting teenagers. Doug Cotton - VP Engineering

Doug Cotton VP of Engineering at BlogFrog Doug brings over 14 years of software coding and architecture experience to the BlogFrog team. Doug has a B.S. from Lehigh University and a MBA from F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College graduating Magna Cum Laude. Doug is an avid skier and hockey player. He lives outside of Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two girls. Jedd Rose - Lead Designer

Jedd Rose at BlogFrog Jedd has over 10 years of creative experience working with a wide variety of media including identity, print, video, interactive and web applications. Prior to joining BlogFrog, Jedd was a creative director in the stock footage industry as well as interactive director in the medical animation space. Titus Stone - Lead Front End Developer

Titus Stone at BlogFrog Titus traded his Aloha shirt for a Colorado Rockies jersey when we moved him from amazing Hawaii to beautiful Colorado. Titus has over 10 years of creative experience designing and coding beautifully useable websites. Titus used to be an avid spear fisher, but has found the spear fishing not up to par in Colorado. Kathy Bouska - Marketing & Communications

Kathy B MamaKat at BlogFrog Kathy is better known as "Mama Kat" on her immensely popular blog, Mama’s Losin’ It. She was inspired to begin blogging back in 2007, not only because of her life-long love for writing, but also as a way to stay connected to her work experience as an English teacher. Kathy expertly manages BlogFrog's branded communities and nurtures personal relationships with hundreds of bloggers. Courtney Walsh - PR

Courtney Walsh at BlogFrog Courtney Walsh is a Colorado native, a new mom and a bonafide news junkie. After graduating from the CU Journalism school, Courtney got into the world of broadcast news. Shortly after working at CNN in Los Angeles and then a news radio reporter, she promptly found her true calling: Public Relations. With a focus on helping new tech and social media companies, Courtney has secured press for clients in top-tier national publications such as New York Times, AdAge, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, TechCrunch and WIRED. Caitie Ramsburg at BlogFrog Caitie is an all-star who comes to BlogFrog from the agency world. Caitie helps brands plan and execute the most engaging programs on the web. Danielle Dehmler-Buckley - Director of Operations

Danielle Dehmler-Buckley at BlogFrog Having started, run, and profitably sold two of her own businesses, Danielle brings a broad background of operations experience. At Blogfrog, Danielle is the grease in the gears, managing all operations, finance, and human resources functions. Danielle has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and lives in Denver with her husband, two children and a very chubby dog.

Vanessa Bogehold- Account Manager

Vanessa Bogehold at BlogFrog Vanessa is an all-star account manager who most recently was producing noteable independent films. Vanessa has over 8 years of project management experience for US and international accounts. Vanessa is fluent in French, which will come in very handy when BlogFrog goes global. Ryan Lewellen - Engineering

Ryan Lewellen at BlogFrog Ryan is a Colorado computer genius. I know that term is often thrown around a lot these days, but in this case it's really true. Ryan knows every computer language known to man and probably a few others that haven't been discovered yet. Ryan works on all aspects of the BlogFrog platform, especially some of the real back-end magic that makes BlogFrog do what it does. Ryan lives outside of Boulder and is finishing a degree in Computer Science.

Erik Kubec - Business Development

Erik Kubec at BlogFrog Erik has always had a passion for striking business deals. Erik has been working for the tech sector for almost 15 years. He came to BlogFrog from the health care technology industry. Erik is an avid soccer fan and lives outside of Boulder with his wife and young son. Erik also has another ball of joy on the way! He spends what free time he has (when not working on BlogFrog business partnerships) working on his super greenhouse.

John Lorenz - Software QA & User Support

John Lorenz at BlogFrog John had a long career in corporate IT, including 10 years with IBM specializing in software testing and support. He's now happy to be in a fast-moving startup environment where things get done quickly! John works closely with our developers and loves the problem-solving aspects of testing all our products and handling customer support requests. John lives in the heart of beautiful Boulder and is a serious photographer - he spends his free time wandering the Rockies with camera in hand or working endless, creative hours on Photoshop! Avery Wolkin - Designer

Avery Wolkin at BlogFrog Avery has been designing websites since middle school. She is a master of website design and Photoshop. She is also a CSS ninja and doing some amazing things in Javascript. Jodi Dey - Account Manager

Jodi Dey at BlogFrog Jodi joins the BlogFrog team as a former independent consultant specializing in social media, marketing, and business development projects. Jodi holds a Masters in Business Administration from Drake University, where she focused on Executive Development and Marketing. Her professional interests lie in health and beauty, organic and natural foods, new media, technology, and small business development. Julianna Vorhaus - Account Manager

Julianna Vorhaus at BlogFrog Julianna is a Colorado native and University of Colorado Graduate. She comes to BlogFrog from the Sporting Goods industry where she worked in apparel sales for the last four years and couldn't be happier about the change! Julianna is a loyal CU Buffs football fan and novice yogi. When she isn't surfing the interwebs you can find her in Denver where she enjoys wining and dining with her friends, ditching book club, and just enjoying all that the great outdoors of Colorado have to offer.

Elaine Marino - Account Manager

Elaine Marino at BlogFrog Elaine relocated to Boulder from New York, where she spent seven years working in advertising, most recently as an Account Director for Concept Farm working on BNY Mellon, The National Women’s Law Center and Greenpeace. In New York she also worked on the campaign that launched Delta Air Lines out of bankruptcy; she developed and managed the BNY Mellon marketing plan during the 2008/2009 Banking financial crisis; and was integral part of producing “Being A Woman Is Not A Pre-existing Condition” marketing campaign during the Health Care debate in 2009/2010. Over the years her clients have included: AT&T (Cingular Wireless), HBO, TIME Magazine, Dave & Buster’s, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile and Infonet Services Corporation (British Telecom). Elaine is originally from Los Angeles and began her career there. Clients on both coasts love and miss her, but she’s super happy to be here in Boulder and at Blog Frog!

Elaine Acker - Business Development

Elaine Acker at BlogFrog Elaine has an entrepreneurial spirit that has come in handy over the past two decades while launching new organizations and growing established ones. With her background in advertising and marketing, she’s been responsible for big growth in nonprofits ranging from the American Red Cross of Central Texas to Pets America, which she founded in 2005 to ensure that pets were considered in emergency response plans. She holds a master’s degree in English and is an award-winning writer (don’t forget to ask her about her favorite subject… bats!). Now, she’s added BlogFrog to her “favorites” list and isn’t shy about telling anyone and everyone why every savvy marketer needs BlogFrog on their team!

Erin Boyle - Account Coordinator

Erin Boyle at BlogFrog Erin is a native of Florida and moved to Boulder by way of New York City, where she spent five years in advertising and in the arts. Most recently she was the Web Content Manager for a leading 19th Century Art gallery on the Upper East Side.
