I have a cucumber plant and a pepper plant.  My hubby planted (and maintains) pumpkins, watermelon, strawberries, and tomatoes.  This is the first year we've planted anything (except the tomatoes) and I love it.

I have been able to pick three or four cherry tomatoes off of my plants this year and that is it. It has just been too hot and they are all burning up. I did pick peaches off of the tree this year for the very first time. I tried blanching some last night and they are not easy to do because of the type of peach that they are :(
