I had a hard time with the Scotch tape coupon but eventually the store manger came down and confirmed that I could get back the overrage. =D . . . By the way he told the cashier and CSM all they had to do was press YES when the register beeped. He gave the CSM the look of "I cant believe you didnt know this. . . this is what you called me for?"
