Dumpster Diving..

I live in buckeye, and I was wondering if anyone knew if dumpster diving for coupons or items that stores throw away is legal or illegal. Do you know?

I'm not completely sure, Teresa. My gut says that it it illegal - but you probably want to check with your city rules.
