What are your plans for Valentine's Day??

I'm wondering what your plans are for Valentine's Day...do you celebrate with extravagant dinners? A night out? Simple and small?

We are simple and small people...but its always fun. Homemade Valentines, dinner out, and a brunch with the family!

Sometimes we share cupcakes with widows (I feel awkward for sharing that, I don't want to boast, but then I thought it might inspire someone).

Sometimes we make cards too.

My dad and mom used to buy me candy on that day. No one else did, so it was nice.

We usually don't do much for Valentine's Day. I'll cook a special dinner for my husband, and he usually "surprises" me with candy or flowers. Simple but sweet!

We will probaby go out - not on Valentine's Day, though, everything is so packed that day. That day we will do something at home - maybe I'll actually plan something for the kids.... hmm...

That's the reason I don't like to go out on Valentine's Day, either!
