I've been trying to take each of them regularly, but it's turned into sporadically. Here is my most recent date with my son!
It's difficult for me to take my daughters somewhere individually. When my husband has to go downtown Chicago for an evening meeting, I'll treat both my girls to Steak 'n Shake for dinner.
Love this idea! My husband and I have been trying to take turns with each of our 2 every other week or so... It really has been nice to have that one on one time with them.
We love Steak and Shake! On the weekends kids eat free around here. Our whole family can eat there for under 10 dollars!

Oh, I always forget about the free weekends! My kids love the mini corn dogs. :) I love the guacamole burger...it is surprisingly good!
Today my husband was off and took our daughter shopping for a b.day present for me... My son and I spent time outside, talking a walk. But what was important is that he and I talked the whole time.
We sometimes will take one twin each to have one on one with them or take one on an errand while the other stays home with the other parent...but have to say we do most things all together.
what!! I wish they had a Steak and Shake around here :)

I have not taken my son on a date but my hubby takes my girls shopping sometimes. They love it.
My date with my son is to the grocery store and buying some of his special picked out stuff:)

I get the snack pack every time. Ya can't beat a burger, fries, and drink for $2.89! It's cheaper than a Happy Meal!
