We are going to be using this community space to share deals in the Pacific Northwest. Let's start by introducing ourselves.

Hi! I'm Angela, one of the bloggers behind Frugal Living NW. I can't wait to start interacting with all of our readers and getting to know you better!

Hi! I'm CC. Sorry that I have to remain annoynmous, but because I post about work... well, hope you understand!

I live in the Portland area. I've been blogging for about 2 years (although that is waning) and couponing for about 2.5 years. Last month, while eating out of the pantry, we reduced our grocery bill from $300 to $50! We were so blessed to be able to donate that money saved to help relief efforts in Haiti as well as friend just beginning her missions work.

I have the blessing of having about a dozen teachers and assistants provide me with their weekly coupon inserts. In return, I bring a box of "goodies" to the staff room 1x per month (make up, candles, and other freebies I've acquired). All the generic health and beauty items, as well as many food items I save in boxes in my classroom. Then every December I donate them to our "box" drive for the neediest of families at my low-income school (and it's hard to pick!). I love feeling like I can actually make a small difference in the lives of some of my students.

Hi!  I am Tracy and I have used coupons for years, but I am always looking for ways to improve and save more money.  I have never blogged before, so this should be interesting!  Thank you in advance for all of the tips!

Hi, I'm Alissa. I just started using REALLY coupons when I found Frugal Living NW back in December from Jessica Turner's Blog. I live in Vancouver, WA, and am a work at home mom to a wonderful year and half old son.

This site has been a blessing to me and my family, as well as those around me who are getting interested as they watch me learning to save more money as I use coupons more efficiently. :)

Hi, I'm Lori. I have always couponed a little, but have been couponing hardcore since April 2009 when I lost my job. I cannot believe how easy and fun it is to get things free and close to free. Thanks Frugal Living!

I have considered a blog myself, but I have no idea how to get started.

Hi, I'm Molly out of Salem, and have normallly been a "wanna be" couponer until I found this site through attending a class - now I am crossing over into true coupon bliss!  Thank you!

Good morning! I'm Francoise and I live in Gresham. Coupons have ALWAYS existed for me as my mom was (and still is) an avid couponer. I understood coupons long before I understood what bank checks were!

About 8 months or so ago I began selling coupons on eBay as well. It's a great way to get more of the ones I want while disseminating the ones I don't. My eBay user name is fzzzz (don't ask... I'll change it sometime). Come check me out for a local source of coupons, and please ask if you don't see what you want as I don't always get all the ones I have available listed.

Anyway, I absolutely LOVE this blog and am excited at the prospect of becoming more "connected" to it and its readers!

I'm Stephanie, stay at home mom and daycare provider. One of my daycare mom's emailed a super diaper deal from FLNW several weeks ago! Since then I've been logging on pretty much daily (don't wanna miss a deal) and have been to one of the coupon classes (highly recommend). I am empowered by FLNW to be organized with the coupon and weekly deal formula they provide! Prior to finding this site, I fancied myself a "couponer" and pretty thrifty in my own right. BUT NOW....watch out retail world....I'm gettin' your stuff for pennies, or better yet...FREE!

Blessings to you and your families FLNW gals!

P.S. Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University...here come's the White Family!

Hi everyone!
I'm Oona, I live in SE Portland (can walk to the Woodstock Safeway for deals!) I work part time for the library and during the past year since my husband lost his job, I have kept our family afloat with all the great deals FLNW shares. My seven year old loves to coupon with Mama and has become a very frugal shopper herself! :)

Hi, I'm Ann :)

I live in West Linn, am a working single mom with two teenagers (one is a vegetarian), and started couponing last spring.  It is totally working for me -- I could never imagine spending so much LESS money on groceries, but having an amazing stockpiled pantry and purchasing only organic produce and dairy.  Haven't made the switch to organic meats and other items at this point, but it's a start!

Learning to coupon has been quite a journey, I was completely obsessed for months on end, and have sort of calmed down about it and gotten to the point where I don't feel like I HAVE to constantly be stopping at the stores to capitalize on every single deal.  I also know which items I need to buy more of when they go on dirt cheap deals (boy, I really went thru all that coconut milk FAST -- next time I will find a way to get a lot more!), and which items I can pass on (we really don't go through Windex very fast, and have enough toothpaste and razors to last a lifetime).

This blogfrog is a great idea, and I'm glad you've set it up, Angela!!

ps Stephanie - I'm a big Dave Ramsey fan, too!!

Hi there! I am Christy, a stay at home, homeschooling mom of five from the Eugene area. I started couponing about a year ago and love it! It is like play to me. Frugal Living NW is my favorite couponing blog, it is the one I recommend to friends and to the cashiers at the stores when they want to know how we do it!

My friend Kari and I organize Ever After Resale, a twice yearly name brand childrens consignment sale in Tigard and Eugene. We have really appreciated Angela and Rebecca putting the consignment sale info on FLNW and have been able to meet several FLNW readers at our sales which has been a lot of fun!

Oh, and Dave Ramsey fans here as well!
