So I went to Fred Meyer today and tried to use the ecoupon on All without success.  I bought two, so thought 1 paper coupon and 1 ecoupon may work, but only the paper one showed up (my card did get scanned before the coupon, because the cashier did it so quick before I could ask).  Then I went to customer service-asked them if they knew anything about ecoupons-they said no-had only vaguely heard of them-no training on it (she was very nice though).  So I returned one bottle and had her ring it up again-by itself with my card, but the ecoupon still didn't work. (No one was in line, so I didn't feel bad taking up time.)  So I just returned it.
She did give me the rewards customer service number:  866-518-2686, don't know if they will know anything either-has anyone tried yet?
