A few weeks ago I shared with you a challenge I had accepted. I promised to brush my teeth exclusively with ARM & HAMMER® Advance White Toothpaste with Stain Defense and see if it helped to brighten up my smile.
So that very day both my husband and I made the switch and brushed our teeth at least twice a day with the Arm and Hammer toothpaste. What did we think? Honestly...the first thing I thought was that the toothpaste didn't taste very good. BUT...with that being said...when I was finished brushing, my teeth felt really clean.
I didn't realize how "sugary" tasting other toothpastes are. It was after brushing with Arm and Hammer that I realized that my mouth tasted fresh AFTER brushing but didn't have a sugary taste left over. I am not sure if that makes sense...I really felt like my mouth really did get a fresh and clean.
My husband thought my teeth did look a bit whiter as well. Here is the before picture and a picture of my smile taken just 3 weeks later.
And my husband who also took the challenge with me had NOTICEABLY fresher breath. I did share this bit of information with his permission. HaHa!
Honestly...I am pretty surprised at just how much I did like the toothpaste. You just need to know that it is not going to be sweet and pepperminty...but you will get a fresher, cleaner feeling in your mouth.
I feel like when you are happier with your smile...you can share it with others more easily.
