Blog Boundaries

Started by Caroline 9/28/2011 12:12:02 PM

I would like to talk about BOUNDARIES in blogging.

Have you ever put your foot in your mouth, or wished you could take something back?

Are there things you won't talk about?

How about things you don't want to even READ about?

What are your blogging boundaries and what do you do when those boundaries are crossed?

I have a hard time when people use the F word in a post. Maybe i

Maybe I'm sheltered.

For me, it's more about subjects in general than verbage.

Personally I don't talk about "secks" on my blog. :) That's kinda private. Some things are best kept to yourself.

I feel uncomfortable even when perfectly innocent bloggers are sharing a story. I guess it's more of the WAY people share than anything.

Oh yes, I don't want to read about it or talk about it. My kids read my blog. So does my grandma. Gross.

By "perfectly innocent" what do you mean?

Not to say that I won't talk about sex with my kids, but I'm not going to talk about any escapades on my blog. AGH. I'm putting my foot in my mouth right now.

Well, like housework, for example.
