Wordpress? Typepad? Blogger? Something awesome I don't even know about?

What platform do you use and what to you like and dislike about it?

Blogger. I find it much easier than WP. Although, I hear WP is the one to use.

I am using blogger have tried a couple others, and just to say I am brand new to this, I found blogger something I could manage it is fairly straight forward and so far is doing what i need.

I'm using Squarespace! I love how easy it is to design, once the doodling is finished, I just upload it and can easily fix up the bits of HTML that need to be changed. Stats are already integrated, so I don't need to add a sitemeter, etc. It does lack one of the basics that I loved with WP, and that was being emailed when comments come in, so it makes them a little more difficult to keep track of, but not impossible.

I know nothing about squarespace - could you add intensedebate or disqus for comments so you can get emails?

I used blogger for 18 months and just moved to wp.org a couple weeks ago.  I love what blogger offers and all the new features they keep rolling out. I just wanted to really own my blog and have better seo.

I use weebly and blogger. Both are easy to use. I use weebly for my Simply Spending Blog/Site and Blogger for My Health Essentials Blog. Here on the blog frog you can add another blog, but only one can be seen. I wish it was some way my other blog could be seen too.

Eventually, I would like to move my Blogger to Wordpress.org because they say it is better, but I really like Blogger. For now, it's working great for me.

I can! Somehow. :\ Since you suggested it, I've attempted to integrate Disqus, there are instructions, but something still doesn't quite work properly. *sigh*

There is a section on my blog dashboard that gives me comment details, but I don't always check it.

Monique: Squarespace DOES allow you to get an e-mail when you get a comment. I've been on Squarespace for about 18 months. Check the FAQ for how (I can't remember). Or shoot them an e-mail; they're very quick to respond to the "help tickets."

I love Squarespace except that it does not have comment threading. That's coming ... but taking a while. It's worth checking out.

i used blogger and is much easy i think to me

I use WordPress. I joined the Blog Masters Club when I was ready to start blogging, and WordPress was recommended as the platform to use. I love that I can do anything with it - and I love that I'll never have to upgrade to another platform. I don't find it too difficut - and the plugins available are awesome!
