How Do You Manage Your Ads

I have my first two paid ads for my blog, wahoo! I was going to use WP125 to manage them, but I need to add a text link below one of the ads, and the second ad is only a text link.

Is there a Wordpress pluging out there that manages both image and text ads?

Hi, I am new. http://thebargainhuntingmom.blogspot.com is my blog that I have recently started. How do you get paid ads? I have several affiliate accounts, but that only pays if someone buys something. Any tips?? Thank You!!!
