Juice Box Jungle to Juice in the City?

I have been a member of Juice Box Jungle for just a couple of months (i was suppose to get my first check in September). I just got an email from them saying that they are changing to Juice in the City. Does anyone understand what is going on and know if it is worth it to change over?
