You truly are special. What we have to go through can be tough and trying--can be emotionally and physically exhausting. It's not always easy being "married to the military" so if there is anyone out there that is a military wife, you are appreciated for everything you have to go through to keep your heads above water.

I haven't blogged about it at all, but my husband is an officer in the US Army. He will be home this Saturday from an 8 week duty...finally! Hopefully no more overseas for a while!

I could not agree more, I am not a military wife but I am so, so very impressed with you all, military wives & mamas -- and of course thankful.

Thank you. My hubs if former military, and currently a civilian working for the military. He deploys just like military. It is really nice to hear this once in a while, as it can get really hard doing it all on your own.
