Looking for your definition of Beautiful

Hi, so I was making my rounds at SITS and lurking on the forum and I decided to post my project here.

I asked women to send me their definition of "beautiful" -- and I've been posting them every Thursday since April. It has cheered me to read all of the posts, sent in by women. Some are short, some are long, some are all about outside beauty, some are all about inside beauty.

I thought I would ask if any SITstahs want to participate. I post about three every Thursday.

Beautiful to me is something that is God-given but individually honored when living honestly and respectfully. Lots of folks try to manipulate themselves into external beauty through excessiveness (body obsession/surgery) but it doesn't endure or ring true. Folks may try to manipulate their internal beauty as well through appearing to be something other than what they are but again... Doesn't work out. True beauty is something that is given freely to every one of us. It's not manipulated. It's other worldly.

What a cool project. Beauty to me is our natural state of connection with God (Love). When we can feel this connection with God, or see it in others, we are seeing true beauty.

For me confidence is beautiful for both men and women... not arogant just confident, kind and humble.
