Like I said in my latest post my 6 year old was stressing out majorly about school.  For now, this ( http://www.partyplanningprofessor.com/2009/08/28/back-to-school-party/ ) seems to have fixed the problem.  How do you guys handle stress that is caused by change???

My son is just going into his 2nd year of preschool.. (He's 4.) He is changing schools but I think because he hasn't had any "bad" experiences yet he isn't stressed. He's excited to go to a different school and for the last 3 weeks has asked me if he gets to go to his "new school" yet. If anything I'm the one that stressed because he's going to a school where I know no one.

We are going to celebrate have an End of Summer party though next week. We are inviting all his friends that are going to preschool this year and will play fun learning games, goodie bags with school supplies (mainly crayons, pencils, notebooks) and will serve lunch on actual lunch trays that I picked up a couple years ago.

Looking forward to winding down summer and welcoming freshly sharpened pencils!

Soooo are you going to write about your end of the year party so we can link to it or feature you .....LOL

How do I become a Party Planning Professor? Its Simple, The Party Planning Professor philosophy is that anyone can be a party expert and research/think creatively to throw the best party possible. We, the Party Planning Professors, feel that anyone can entertain and throw a party. It is our desire that the Party Planning Professor can be a great place to share ideas on the web to help save, time, energy and most of all money. There is no need to hire a balloon sculptor, face painter or clown if you don’t WANT to. The choice is yours. Now that the web is here to help, the http://www.PartyPlanningProfessor.com would like to transform old fashioned party throwing from tossing close pins into a bottle and pin the tail on the donkey into making an extraordinary cupcake and a treasure hunt in your backyard all with the click of a mouse and the Party Planning Professor creative party idea database.
