4th of July Food

Started by TheMenuMom , author of The Menu Mom | Recipes | Menu Planing 6/30/2010 11:25:23 AM

What is everyone making for the 4th of July?  We are going to a party where it is bring your own meat to grill and then a dish to share.  I'll probably bring Pork Burgers and then a veggie tray and fruit salad.

Sounds like fun! We're going camping so of course s'mores, dutch oven meals, and anything grilled are going ot be our staple foods for several days. We're so excited!!

We are big fans of turkey burgers in our house as well, I like them greek style with some taziki sauce, cukes, spinach! We also make non-mayo based salads, such as pasta salad with Newman's balsamic vinaigrette or cole slaw with a more asian style dressing (sesame oil, rice vinegar).
