Absolutely not! I enjoyed that time, but it was such an up-and-down period of life. You're in the "in" crowd one morning and the next noone is talking to you. I try to explain to my boys that even though they are mixed up in some "he said, she said" drama at school, none of this will matter 10-15 years from now. But, when they're in the moment, it's different.
I do agree that small figures are wasted on teenagers...they should all stay little butterballs until their 21st birthday, don't you think? :)
