It's been brought to my attention that OREO is having their 100th birthday. I feel it necessary that I devote a blog post to the ever glorious OREO...that, and the good people at OREO said "Your readers rule. You should tell them about our birthday." And when they told me that I was literally eating an OREO. I'm not even kidding.  I take it as a sign.

So what is your favorite kind of OREO and when did you start partaking in their creamy goodness?

This is my sister and I back in the day. I'm the cute one. I can remember when I was around 4 and my older sister and I would sneak into my moms OREO cookies. My mom thought they were hidden and we let her believe that as long as possible. We of course had to twist them open and eat all the frosting first.  

Then I tried my first double stuffed OREO. I'm not even kidding, I can't eat regular ones any more. Double stuff for life!

Do you have a favorite kind? My Dad raves about Banana OREO cookies he ate in Mexico. Have you heard of these? Is their truth to this? Because I so badly want to try one!
