I can't get a handle on Twitter I swear! I cannot (again) follow anyone. I really hate their ratio rules. I am sure there is a good reason for it, but it is driving me MAD I tell you.

On the other hand, I just saw a blog post about how someone actually paid for Twitter followers..... Really? 

First off, I had no idea you could even do that. And on many levels it just seems like cheating to me. 

Any thoughts on either of these Twitter topics?
