I'm not sure where to start. After the birth of my 1st son, my body quickly went back to normal. I only carried him for 7 months before getting HELLP Syndrome and I had no choice but to deliver to save us both.

I'm a small young woman. 115 lbs, 5 feet tall. My 2nd son was 8 lbs 4 oz and born 3 weeks early. THIS is where my strugle began.

My body never went back. For 2 years I've looked pregnant and the 9 months I've been back to work, I've been asked EVERY day if I'm pregnant, when I'm due or if it's a boy or girl.

I've known about the muscle separation but did not know there's an actual condition and none of my doctors have wanted to help me. I cry when I look in the mirror. I'm disgusted. I'd be super happy with my body if my stomach looked even somewhat normal. I'm also having troubles with digestion and I feel things moving through my intestines and it feels like there's a baby in there!

Today I discovered your website and I've read about the Tupler Technique. I am so excited to start the Tupler Technique. So happy that I could cry.

Thank you for this website, thank you for showing that I'm not the only one with this condition and that I'm not stuck with it!

We aren't a gated community, but we are a guarded community and mean people should just stay home so the rest of us can enjoy our block party!
