Why Do You Blog?

Started by Melissa , author of Your Fun Family 11/5/2009 1:45:15 PM
As we blog our reason for blogging tends to completely change. When I started it was to bring in traffic for my other websites. In the end I found that I loved my blogs more than I could even love my other websites. My websites had no person interaction and that is what I love about my blogs.

So why do you blog and has it changed since when you started?

I blog for a couple of reasons: It started off as a therapeutic way to get things off my chest (ok, that's still true. But I also like social networking since I'm a social butterfly, on and off the computer. I like reading others' blogs and leaving my perspective on things and really enjoy when others do the same on my blog.

If it ever turns into more than that, then great! But I just enjoy the creativity and networking for now.

Hi Melissa
As you can probably see by my blog post that I blog for fun. I tried serious blogs. Information blogs. Even Paranormal blogs. But I have settled on Family fun. It just makes me feel good.
