Hi everyone,

My name is Shondra and I blog at walkwithmeblog.com.  I have a barely two-year old boy and a three-month old boy.  I am married to the coolest guy I know and we live in the fabulous city of Seattle.  

I am currently a stay-at-home mom, watch a 2.5 year old boy to make a little extra cash, and am finishing a Master's degree online (almost done with my last class!!).  

I got my first dslr in March and made myself only shoot in manual from the day I took it out of the box.  It wasn't pretty but I am proud of myself for that and feel that it has really helped me learn a lot about photography the hard way.

Oh I am jealous.. ditto on the bought the DSLR and need to feel more confident about taking it off Auto..

I did that some Sunday when John and I went to Callaway Gardens.. auto kept wanting a flash and the flash kept ruining the pictures so i switched it off auto and got pictures I love!! But I felt like i got them luckily. And I want to get them with skill....
