Natalie, I'm following your blog with google now. There is a share button at the top of your blog. You can click on share on twitter to tweet a post. Make sure you've clicked on the title of your post or it will just share your blog and latest post. You can do this with other bloggers' posts as well.
I'm still learning about twitter. I know there are more ways to use it. I like facebook too. Check out the side bar on my blog to follow on twitter or facebook.
