I've been buying organic for years. It is more expensive (which doesn't make since to me since they don't have to buy chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and it's better for us and the environment, but that's another story) but we shop sales, buy in bulk and in season. I feel good knowing what I'm feeding my family and taking care of the environment and supporting organic and natural choices.

i do when i can......i think it is def way more expensive to eat organic.....i think more grocery stores are carrying more organic choices so that does make it easier, but sometimes i just think it gets a little pricey! :o)

We try to as much as possible - have you looked into CSA programs?  They are a great way to buy organic food from your local farmers and save a little money doing it!

You can search this website to find a CSA near you.  You can also bring your kiddos to the farm and show them where the food they are eating comes from, which is really fun!!

I've been buying what I can. Especially for the baby, I've been buying organic baby food until I can start making my own. This is something I'd love to be exclusive with at some point.

I just wanted to say that I visited that link and I'm sure glad that I did! I didn't realize how much there was around me! I live in a really small town and we are not usually included in websites like that. Mostly people have never heard of us. How exciting!
