I am definately a Mary at heart, and have found that as a sahm I must behave more like a Martha out of necessity.  I truly appreciate the opportunity to homeschool my children because it affords me the opportunity to be a Mary in the midst of my tenure as a Martha.  

I tend to be Martha, there always so much that needs to get done. But I know I need to be like Mary.

I think finding the balance between the two is the key.

I am not enough of either.

It sort of depends on the situation.  I hope I am more of a Mary.

If my friends are coming over I feel a need to clean and mop the floors.  If Jesus is coming, I don't think I would even consider leaving His side to clean up anything. :)
