HELP! LDS Antique temple art

I want to make the LDS temple picture, you know, the one where you antique it and make it all by yourself? I know that there are some companies in Utah that come and charge $50 a person, but here in Los Angeles, no one does that.
Could anyone help me and tell me the steps and products to do this?
