http://triberr.com/

Triberr is a unique content distribution platform.

Content creators (bloggers, curators) “feed” content into their tribes, who then share that content via their own social media channels.

Having your content shared by a large network (tribe) of loyal Tier 1 supporters, gives your content the greatest chance for reaching its intended audience

Content can be sent to Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn automatically or manually. G+, and StumbleUpon sharing is manual.

I am the member of several tribes and the chief of 2 of them. Great sharing of your blog posts.

It is by invitation, I will be glad to send an invite, the chief of the tribe has to send you one to a tribe. My tribes are 1. a safety and education related tribe and 2. a homeschooling and education, parenting, family related tribe.
