 The Iced Coffee is really yummy, but its even better as a milkshake!  Summer is in full swing - who doesn't love sitting outside, enjoying the weather - with a yummy milkshake! 

This milkshake is easy to prepare. I used my ice cream maker to get it nice and cold.

To make a fanastic yummy vanilla coffee milkshake:

• 1 cup of International Delight Iced Coffee Vanilla 
• 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup half and half 
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Add all ingredients to a bowl. Use the mixer and mix until foamy.  Cover and keep in the fridge for 1-2 hours.  Using your Ice Cream Maker, put the mixture into cold ice cream maker.  Keep in ice cream maker until very cold and creamy, but do not allow it to freeze. Pour milkshake into glass. Top with whipped cream (optional).
