I'm originally from Dallas, Texas.  My husband and I moved to New York City about seven years ago, though, and it has definitely become our adopted home!

Awesome! I grew up in a city, but now live in the country - it was an adjustment for me - but now I love it!

I'm from out of the everywhere into the here!  Really, I was born in Beaumont, Texas, moved at age 12 to Westport, Connecticut, two years later to Weston, Connecticut. Lived in Storrs, Connecticut while at University there, married and moved to Greenwich, Connecticut, moved to Middleburgh, New York, then on to Castleton-on-Hudson, New York, followed by a move to St. Albans, Vermont, then down to Emory, Virginia, then to Bristol, Tennessee, on to Appalachia, Virginia, then to Athens, Tennessee. Next we moved to Knoxville, Tennessee, then to Sevierville, Tennessee, and now, at last we have retired to Waynesville, North Carolina.  Would any of you guess that I am married to a United Methodist Pastor?

I've had the good fortune to love every place we have lived. I have had a wonderful life so far.  I expect no change in that.  I mean, why choose unhappiness now?

I was born and raised in Riverside, CA and am currently living in Phoenix, AZ well the outskirts of phoenix. Lived in England for 3 years and I have also got to live in San Antonio, TX for a bit. I have not lived anywhere else but I hope to go somewhere new sometime soon.

You've lived more places than I have as well! I would love to live out of the Country, I think it would be a good experience. Do you have somewhere you are hoping to move too?

I would love to go back overseas maybe Spain or Italy. I would prefer Spain so that I can practice my spanish. But if I were to stay in the states I would love to live on the East Coast since I have never been there. 

A house swap would be so much fun! Have you ever done that before?

Ruthy - let's do a "House swap!"  I've never been further west than Cañon City, Colorado.  You would love the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina - the  Smoky Mountauns are beautiful all times of year!  I'd be willing to go anywhere in California!
