Do you workout?

I recently started jumping rope because I heard that it was good for your overall health.  What exercises do you engage in or recommend?

Here is a free Health Portal!  You will find a lot of helpful information for working out and made to your personal use.  It is yours for life!  Have questions I would can explain how to get the most out of this site.  It was only available to health clinics.

I lost 20 lbs in three weeks after recovering from an injury and passed a physical fitness test this week.  My personal results have been awesome in running too!  To your success and health!

Hi Theresa.  I fall off the ban wagon sometimes and eat junk food now and then.  I also have to try different workouts because I get bored easily.

I've considered jumping rope, but my ankle has been giving me such grief the most exercise I've been doing is going for a mile walk every day that I can. Granted, I haven't been doing it the past few days due to the heat waves that seem to be hitting my area (and I don't do well in heat). But I really enjoy walking and I also enjoy dance-aerobic type DVDs as well. I've considered trying Zumba when I can.
