Great question!
I think I would start off with themes of interest amoungst the
group members. I would ask all the parents what goals they have
with this group. Than I would ask them to write it down. Than I
would put all the ideas in a container. At each meeting, pick a
goal out of the container. That is a great way to brake the ice,
and keep the topics flowing.
