Go To Cookbook for Green Living?

Curious what your go-to cookbook is for green style living?  I really like Laurel's Kitchen for simple basic recipes.  But I'd love to add a couple more to my shelf.

I usually revolve a lot of my cooking around gluten free casein free recipes.

This is one of my favorites!!!

I'm mainly trying to adapt my current recipes to be more nutritious. I search the Internet for recipe sites, foodie blogs, & sustainable living websites for ideas. The way my brain works is I look at what I've got an abundance of, & go from there. IHATE to not utilize the awesome resources I've got around me. I'll check into the cookbook you referenced!
