I Love avocados Ugochi! I don't have a specific recipe for them. I usually slice them up and leave it as a side dish, or I add them to my salads. i will also have them as a snack, or even add slices in a sandwich.

I eat avocado tacos!  Just avocados, lime, salt, and sometimes jalapenos in a warm tortilla.  YUM!
