I fell off the wagon last night. I had been so good since
I started January 4th, and I'm down 8 pounds. Last night I
went for a long overdue date night with my husband and we had
nachos (meatless, i'm a vegetarian) and I ate a veggie burger
and sweat potato fries. And I had a glass of
wine and a beer. I think that was all my calories in that one
meal. So much for my detox diet. Serves me right
because my stomach is killing me this morning.
But, like all things in life, you pick yourself up, and you get
back on the horse. I'm headed to the gym this morning.
