Summer BBQs, what's your meat seceret?

Started by Candice , author of Lilly through the valley 7/2/2012 2:17:40 PM

Mine is a marinate my steaks in white whine, Beef Broth, and montreal steak spice for at least 6 hours in the fridge. Than half hour before grilling time I take them out and let them sit on the counter. Last night I got complimented that it was Keg Steakhouse Standards but half the price.

Whats yours?

Bbq sandwiches.  I make the meat in the crockpot--so easy.  Great for picnics!

I almost always BBQ with butter and garlic ;)

Those all sound yummy. I will have to try the BBQ sandwiches. The less work for me the better :)
