we live in the shadows

not knowing how to think

roaming the streets

with nothing on our feet

we cry as we mumble

the pittiful truth

about how a girl met a boy

and how they kissed on the roof

but then the boy left her

and she forgot her way

and got lost in her depression

in less then a day

for i am still so far away

never fall inlove

on a beautiful rainy day

it hurts so much more

because it is easier to lie
