Lipton Green Tea Superfruit Teas and a Tasty Give Away

Started by Penelope , author of Happy Marriage, Happy Family, Happy Home, Happy Life 1/30/2012 11:00:10 PM

I love to drink tea, and love to have friends over for tea often. There is something relaxing and social about drinking tea, and I have a collection of tea chests with a variety of teas to offer guests. Green tea is particularly healthy, and Lipton has recently released three new flavors of Green Tea Superfruit designed to offer tea drinkers all the health benefits of green tea, and none of the typically bitter taste. Each Lipton Green Tea Superfruit has a distinct taste, and the combination of the Superfruits with Green Tea makes the teas taste sweet. Each of the three Green Tea Superfruit teas is also low in caffeine and high in flavonoids (for those wonderful anti-oxidant and anticarcinogenic properties). lipton green tea superfruit flavorts Lipton Green Tea with White Mangosteen and Peach has a light, sweet taste and is also wonderfully fragrant. While I honestly couldn't pick a favorite from among the three Green Tea with Superfruit teas, my husband loved this one best. Lipton Green Tea with Purple Acai and Blueberry has a lovely taste and is particularly flavorful. I love blueberries, so have really enjoyed this delicate tea. Lipton Green Tea Superfruit with Red Goji and Raspberry is a very refreshing and fruity tea that would taste delicious with something tart, to bring out the wonderful raspberry flavor. I served this tea this weekend when my inlaws visited along with Raspberry Cinnamon French Toast. I felt like the tea and the Raspberry Cinnamon French Toast really complemented each other nicely, and in case you'd like to try it out too, here is my recipe: raspberry cinnamon french toast recipe

I have always enjoyed a cup of tea with a little honey from my Uncles hives. Just to sit back and relax with my tea and a book is good 'me' time.

I drink my tea with a tiny bit of sugar and a little bit of cream. I don't usually eat anything while drinking tea.

Being from the south, I enjoy sweet iced tea. However, I've grown to enjoy morning tea with just a small amount of honey.
