1. Plan out in advance or have a potluck style meal. Guests can
bring a side dish, dessert or beverage. Helps cut down on prep and
organization time. Stock up on disposable plates, utensils, napkins
and plenty of ice. 2. Focus on finger food that is easy and can be
prepared before hand - guacamole, nachoes, deviled eggs (decorated
as a football), peanuts/trail mix, olives/crackers & cheese,
veggies & dip, sweet potato fries. Of course, have wings on the
grill a few hours before kick off time. 3. Clean house and
bathrooms, setup seating areas and serving stations. Stock cooler
or fridge with beer and other beverages.
