Iced Coffee with International Delight and Me!

Pepermint Pattie Iced Coffee at TidyMom

Like many, coffee IS my morning ritual. Without fail…even sick or hurried or a to-do list a mile long, I make coffee as soon as I get out of bed. It brings me a sense of peace and calm when I get a waif of that soothing aroma coming from my mug. If I have some where to be in the morning, I will make sure I get up early enough for at least a half hour to sit and sip at least one cup of coffee.

You can't have a "fast cup of coffee" it's a drink you sit and enjoy, which means no matter how rushed I am, I know I'm going to sit and slow down for just bit. Before I put on my make up, do my hair, or even begin my day.

With all the warm weather we've been having, I've found a way to enjoy my coffee in the middle of the day. Thanks to International Delight and their fabulous selection of flavored creamers, Allison and I have been making iced coffees a few afternoons a week. It's become our little afternoon ritual together. She will be turning 16 in just a few short weeks, and I know our time together is going to become less and less, so I'm trying to take advantage all I can right now, by louring her in with chocolate, and mint!

Right now our favorite has been International Delight creamer, York Peppermint Pattie. HELLO! That's my favorite candy! and we've been using it to make Homemade Peppermint Pattie Iced Coffee .

I just pinned this coffee moment photo. I love morning coffee. Like you, in these summer months I have been enjoying a cooler coffee moment. I can't wait to try your recipe using the Peppermint Pattie creamer!

My special coffee moment happened at just 2 years old when my grandma gave me my first sip. From that day on she became my coffee supplier, bringing hot, steamy cups to me under my mom's nose. I still love coffee to this day. Pinned: http://pinterest.com/pin/215258057159915020/

I love homemade iced coffee! I haven't made it yet this year but am planning on making "coffee ice cubes" so the coffee doesn't get so watered down! I think it's going to work!

I pinned! And I don't have a special coffee moment per say, but I love coffee dates with my husband!

I pinned it! I drink coffee every morning... but I have to say that some of the best coffee I've had has been at Blue Bottle in San Fran. I dream of their ice coffee.

I pinned. :-) I don't splurge much, I don't have time too. But I take a moment, or maybe its 5, each day to savor a cup of coffee while my two toddlers gulp down their morning milk. Those few moments pamper me enough to get through the morning, providing me with sanity. I love exploring with different flavors (i'm not a black coffee girl, if i'm going to splurge i want chocolate involved). - Mrs.Dru

I just pinned this! I have the York Peppermint ice cream syrup that will work nicely! York peppermint creamer is a must in my house. It's a morning ritual! I'm going to try it now, thanks so much for sharing! =)
