so for 6th grade is should be 60 mins? A day or week?

@ Mom Loop, yup that's what they say... but don't always do... We don't have that much every night... Our 3rd grader also has dyslexia so that makes a difference. We do tutoring too, and then homework each night from there too.

Don't know if I could ever do the homeschool thing and I worked so girls went to public school. I do like the homeschool concept though.

@nicole, but he was also in math intervention at school before he started and now he is all mr-I'm-the-best-at-math-in-my-whole-grade so I guess it owrks

Luka (kindergarten) makes up his own homework. He writes sentences about his friends in his class, or writes a little essay with a picture. He wants to have more homework like big brother. Funny!

Playing is learning, that is what Dillon gets at Montessori

That is what I like about the home school option. When your school day is done so is your homework.
