Normally in the summer I leave all the burger making to my husband. He's the king of the grill and I like it that way. However, I was recently sent this cute little Sweet Bread Rolls from King's Hawaiian and knew the moment they came in that I wanted to try making some sliders. Don't they look tasty?

Here's what you'll need:
-
Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 12 pack
-
1 lb. Hamburg
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1/3 cup bacon pieces/bits
-
9 fully cooked pieces of bacon
-
9 slices of cheddar cheese, thin sliced

Combine hamburg, shredded cheese, and bacon pieces in bowl.

Combine and push down in bowl. I then score the meat into sections so I know I have even burgers ( I learned this trick from Rachel Ray). This way you don't get stuck with that oddball sized burger at the end.

Lightly get the pan going with a light butter coating. You really don't need much. Place half your burgers in the pan. Cover on medium heat for several minutes.

Flip and cover again.

Once you know they are cooked through fold your cheese into little squares and add to sliders. At this point I also added my buns but in half.

Remove from pan and add your bacon pieces cut in half and criss crossed.

Top with bun top and add tooth pick to hold together.

Now don't lie. I'm not even a burger fan and these were calling my name.
