Welcome to the community =)  The easiest way to see projects is to browse through the different discussions under the forum tab.  You will find all sorts of ideas.  If you are short of reading time - try the "Current projects" discussion, it's the longest thread and will direct you to other websites as well.  Can't wait to see what you're up to.

Hi!  My name is Rose Andy.  You can find me on Facebook.  I crochet washcloths and hats for O.C.C. boxes.  I Coordinate our O.C.C. program at church.  Our Children's church group has a packing party every year and the congregation donates items, along with their own boxes.  This year I plan on helping at the local Distribution center.  I ask God to help me find "good deals" all year long on items for boxes.  I find things at 60-90% off!  My husband has become interested in the program, and bought items for 2 teenage boys this year himself.  I look forward to all the posts from others.  God Bless everyone!

Hi, I'm Cheryl.  I love OCC and my family has made it a family tradition since the first year.  I used to do a lot of crafts but haven't in quite some time but would love to get going again for my OCC boxes--I love to crochet mostly.

We have had the privilege of volunteering in years past in Boone and have been involved in our church's OCC involvement.  One year we did it in VBS--we always have a penny collection and we were in charge and chose to do OCC.  We filled 85 boxes and the parents donated what was needed to ship them.  It was so much fun.  We had a packing party.  I hope to have another packing party some year soon.

Glad to join you all and see what you make for your boxes and copy some of them for my own.

Hi, Cheryl! Welcome! I am so glad you are here! So sorry it took so long to welcome you-I have had a lot going on lately, mostly being sick, but am feeling better and hopefully, I will be able to check in more often.

I look forward to hearing more from you here,. and am glad you are back to crafting and crocheting for OCC. I love crafting and crocheting for OCC-I would rather do that than anything else-well, exceptions are packing shoe boxes and sharing about OCC with others.

Hi, my name is Audra.  I have two children and we love packing our shoeboxes.  My daughter and I crochet and are making hats, washcloths, and totes for our boxes.  My son helps me with the shopping for the boxes and he loves writing notes to go in the boxes...
