I see you posted this a while ago, so I will try, but I am a bit confused. I don't think  you mean a printed book flip?? So..are you thinking of a slide show type book???  If so, I would do it in powerpoint or something similar.  If you don't have powerpoint (Keynote on a MAC) then you should check out OpenOffice.org.  it is a free set of programs like Office, and has a powerpoint similar program.  they work very much the same. Post back here to let us know you found out what you wanted.
