With the Holiday season upon us, I thought today I would share a couple of extremely easy recipes with everyone.  Life anymore seems to be very busy ... so I have a few recipes, that help make life a little easier .
Let's start with a pie: Start with a graham crumb crust , a boughten one is fine. One 8oz package of cream cheese. One box of jello (your favorite flavor). Whipped topping /or cool whip.
Put the cream cheese into a bowl and whip until smooth, then add jello powder and 1cup of boiling water and beat again for 2 or 3 minutes. pour the mixture into the crust, let set in the frig for an hour, then top with your whip cream or cool whip. Done.  this is a really nice light pie, and really good to have if your having a big dinner.

Fudge: 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 12oz of chocolate, put the two in a bowl and microwave for one minute on high, stir, then micro wave again on med. for 2min. stir, and pour into a greased pan and let set. cut into squares and enjoy.
I will try to return again, with more simple holiday advice.  thank you for stopping by, Carrie
