I always have Thanksgiving at my home, so I want something people can snack on until dinner is served, but I can't use the oven (since it's got a turkey in it) so I set up a big beautiful antipasto platter. Deli sliced meats, marinated olives, artichoke hearts, sliced cheeses,& fresh vegetable crudites. I stuff in some herbs and kale for presentation and a plate of crackers on the side. It's beautiful, it's delicious and I don't have to cook it:))))
