I love Publix!

Okay so went to Publix last night so I could use the last of my good Magnum ice coupons. On the way home my daughter and I got into a conversation and I left it in the car! Yup totally forgot! Done destroyed. So I called Publix and told them what happened and asked if they would let me reapply the publix coupons again that I had used before. The manager said just come in and see me and ......SWAP THEM OUT FOR NEW ONES! I was floored! So I did! Thanked her profusely. And now have two boxes of Magnums safely ensconced in my freezer!

Now that is GREAT customer service!!  I would write a letter to home office letting them know about this manager!

P.S.  My family loves Magnum ice cream too!

Cindy I was absolutely beside myself, and the only reason I called to see if she'd let me reapply the Publix coupons was cause I had stacked them with a manufactures coupon! I was always taught ask the question the worst thing that can happen is your answer is no!
